Welcome to the KAPA Homepage!

We, at KAPA, are the affiliated organization of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT) and have faithfully fulfilled our responsibilities in investigating the valuation of the ‘Officially Assessed Reference Land Price,’ appraisal for eminent domain, and auction & litigation appraisal. We aim to stabilize the real estate market and ultimately contribute to the development of the national economy.
