- Certified copy of the register, and a copy of the land ledger
- Confirmation of the land-use plan (cadastral map attached)
- Written consent to confirm the location (for vacant land held as an undivided share, and similar cases)
Apartment
- Certified copy of the register, or the certificate of registered title
- Copy of the collective building ledger
Motor vehicle (construction machinery)
- Copy of the motor vehicle (construction machinery) registration record
- Copy of the registration certificate
Special property
- For the documents needed to appraise special property, such as a vessel or a mine (a mining right), please contact KAPA.
Building
- Certified copy of the register, and the general building ledger
- Confirmation of the land-use plan (cadastral map attached)
Factory (business)
- Certified copy of the land and building register, or the land ledger and the general building ledger
- Confirmation of the land-use plan (cadastral map attached)
- List of machinery, equipment, and structures
- Facility layout
- For imported facilities, an import declaration and similar papers
Forest land (forest)
- Certified copy of the register, or a copy of the forest-land ledger
- Confirmation of the land-use plan (cadastral map attached)
- Copy of the standing-timber registration record, or a certified copy of the standing-timber register (where it is registered)
- Forest type map
- Certificate of non-protection forest
- Location map (a map at 1/50,000 or 1/25,000)
- Certificate of afforestation record
