- Receipt and keeping of the original appraisal report and related papers.
- Receipt of an application for registration or renewal, and advance notice.
- Receipt of a report when an appraiser or office staff is hired, or when that employment ends.
- Receipt of notice that guarantee insurance has been taken out.
